Phone System Difficulties
We are aware that unfortunately there may be long wait times on the phone when booking an appointment. Unfortunately we are facing unprecedented call volumes due to COVID-19 as well as staffing challenges. We have also experienced technical failures with our phone system in the month of October 2020 and this has led to patients being unable to reach the hold queue some days. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please understand that the clinic is facing unprecedented challenges but we are working aggressively to resolve them.
